Draft. Not yet in force. Nation Economics is not on sale, so there is no agreement between us to govern. These documents are published early so they can be read, questioned and reviewed before the first sale.
They have not been checked by a lawyer. Written by the developer from the product's own design decisions, which makes them accurate about what the software does and unproven as legal instruments.
What is not allowed
- Attacking the service: probing for holes, hammering endpoints, or trying to reach data belonging to another account.
- Sharing one licence across servers it does not cover, or defeating the licence check.
- Using the panel to harass someone, or using the audit log to build a case against a player that has nothing to do with running your server.
- Uploading or transmitting unlawful content through anything we host.
- Reselling access to the panel as your own service.
What your players do in-game is yours
Robbery, bank collapse, tax raids and prison sentences are the product working. We have no view on how your server is run and no interest in policing your politics. This policy is about the service, not your economy.
How this is enforced
Proportionately, and with an explanation. For anything short of an active attack, expect to be told what the problem is and given a chance to fix it before an account is suspended.
If an account is suspended you keep your data: the plugin is unaffected, and anything held centrally stays downloadable for seven days.
