Error codes
Every failure you can see has a code, a cause in plain language, and a fix. Codes never change meaning — they outlive the version that produced them, so an old forum post still helps.

| RA-1101 | Cannot reach the platform | The server could not open a connection to api.shibaprojects.app. Almost always the host firewall or an outbound proxy. | warning |
| RA-1102 | Licence expired | The licence for this instance ran out and the 14-day grace period has passed. | warning |
| RA-1103 | Secret rejected | The server secret was not accepted. Usually a half-finished rotation, or an instance restored from a backup taken before the last rotation. | critical |
| RA-1108 | Terminal capacity reached | A bank issued more terminals than its Network servers support, so the newest ones are capped and refuse transactions. | warning |
| RA-2201 | Setup code expired | One-time setup codes are short-lived, and this one had already passed its window. | info |
| RA-2204 | Instance ID malformed | The ID entered is not 42 characters — a copy-paste usually clipped it or added whitespace. | warning |
| RA-3301 | Configuration file unreadable | A config file could not be parsed — broken YAML, or a value outside its legal range. | critical |
| RA-3302 | Data migration failed | An update changed the on-disk format and the migration did not complete. | critical |
| RA-3303 | Ledger checksum mismatch | A binary ledger file did not match its checksum — disk corruption, or an interrupted write. | critical |
| RA-4401 | Transfer held for review | A transfer matched a suspicious-activity trigger and is being held rather than completed. | info |
| RA-4402 | Bank cannot cover withdrawal | A depositor asked for more than the bank actually holds. This is a bank run, and it is meant to be possible. | warning |
| RA-4403 | Note failed validation | A banknote was presented that the platform has no record of issuing — a forgery, or an item created outside the plugin. | warning |
| RA-5501 | Platform maintenance | Scheduled maintenance is in progress on the panel side. | info |
| RA-5502 | Rate limited | This instance sent more requests than its allowance in a short window. | warning |
