Most problems are one of a small number of things, and the error index below usually answers them faster than we can.
Try this first
- If you have an error code, look it up in the error index. Each one lists what caused it and what to do.
- If the server will not start, check the Java version against the requirements table before anything else.
- If the panel shows nothing, check the server is running. The panel reads from your machine, so an offline server has nothing to show.
Getting hold of us
Through the community Discord, which is where questions get answered fastest and where the answer helps the next person too. The link is in the site header.
Ticketing is not built yet. When it is, tickets will carry your instance diagnostics automatically, so nobody has to describe a stack trace from memory.
What to expect, honestly
Nation Economics is built and supported by one person. Free-tier support is best effort: answered when it can be, with nothing promised. Paid tiers get a priority line.
That is deliberately not phrased as a response time. A response time one person cannot always keep is worse than no promise at all.
What to include
- The plugin version from the console, in the
16-1.2.4aformat. - Your Minecraft version and Java version.
- The error code if there is one.
- What you did immediately before it happened. This is the single most useful line in any bug report.
Security problems
Report those through the process in the Security and Incident Policy rather than in a public channel.
