What happened
The server could not open a connection to api.shibaprojects.app. Almost always the host firewall or an outbound proxy.
What to do
Allow outbound HTTPS to api.shibaprojects.app. The plugin keeps running and logging locally meanwhile — nothing in the economy is lost.
