Which Minecraft line?
There are three builds because Minecraft's Java requirement changed twice across the versions this supports, and one jar cannot satisfy all three. Picking wrong here is the most common way a first start fails.
1.20 - 1.21 needs Java 21. Covers the 1.20 and 1.21 line up to 1.21.11. One build across the range, because the parts of the server API this plugin touches did not move within it.
