Whether to connect to the panel. Optional — the economy runs either way.
2 · The currency
Name, symbol and format. Changeable later, but old records keep the old name.
3 · The admin bank
Where tax lands and printed money comes from. Not a player bank.
The backup key.
Backups are encrypted by default. If you hold the key and lose it, that backup
is gone for good — nobody can decrypt it for you. Worth deciding deliberately
rather than accepting a default you did not read.
