The command
/ne setup
It walks through the same three basics as the website wizard and prints a 42-digit instance ID at the end.
If it will not start
Almost always the Java version rather than the plugin. Each Minecraft line needs a different one, and 1.16.5 refuses anything above Java 16 with an error that names a class-file version instead of a plugin.
